Based on total square footage of roof.
(1/3 deposit required based on estimated square feet.)

 Residential Design Sets include:
Cover Sheet, Foundation Plan & Details, Floor Plan, Typical Cross Section Details, Electrical Plan, Four Exterior Elevation Views, Roof Plan.
Three Construction Sets ($25.00 each additional set thereafter.)
